In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ariary P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the petitioner and others were armed with Lathi, started hurling abuses and stated that they will harvest the wheat by the harvestor that led to altercation. Allegation has been made against Niwash Singh to have assaulted with rod led to fracture of the hand of the informant.

Looking to the nature of dispute, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26856 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariary P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
