2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. They are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that after marriage, on the

The petitioners have no concern with family affairs of the deceased and her husband. He further submits that husband of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64629 of 2023. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 1 has been languishing in custody since 02.03.2024 and petitioner no. 2 has been languishing in custody since 03.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Barharia P.S.
