1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for issuance of appropriate writ/writs by commanding the respondents for direction to rectify the Pay anomaly of Petitioner which has been wrongly fixed Rs.-52000/- per Month in place of 55200/- per month w.e.f 1.01.2020 and further direction to fix the Pay of Rs. 55200/- per month and to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16298 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 pay the arrears of salary difference to petitioner and further direction to respondents for correction of Pension and Family Pension of Petitioner as per the aforesaid pay of Rs.- 55200/ as the last pay drawn, in the interest of justice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no.4 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
