2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has fired upon the victim causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
