JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P. S. Case No. 120 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the motorcycle of the informant was stolen by the petitioner in which certain important documents including insurance certificate, reintegration certificate, pollution certificate, driving license, I-Card of Matriculation and Intermediate, PAN Card, Voter I-Card, photo and pass book of Union Ban and S.B.I. were kept in dicky of the said motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except discloser of his name by one co-accused Sohrab Alam @ Chhotu,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57866 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 there is no material against him and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Subsequent to lodging the present case, he was made accused in eight other cases of similar nature and in all those cases he has been granted bail and the petitioner in the present case is in custody since 11.09.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-I-CumA.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case No. 120 of 2017.
