Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a fresh representation before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna because he is sitting tight over his earlier representation dated 17.07.2019, for considering the grievance of the petitioner in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of the Secretary To Govt.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16371 of 2021(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 Department of Education (PRIMARY) & Ors. Vs. Bheemesh Alias Bheemappa (Civil Appeal No.7758 of 2021) arising out of Special Leave Petition (c) No.1564 of 2021 and relying on the said judgment of the Apex Court, this Court has granted relief to the petitioner of CWJC No. 2547 of 2025 (Md. Kazim Halim vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) vide order/judgment dated 17.02.2025.

In view of the aforesaid information, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a fresh representation before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna, who is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with the law laid down by the Apex Court in case of Bheemesh Alias Bheemappa (Supra).

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
