In the present writ petition, petition is seeking relief for his regularisation but letter no.2222 dated 13.8.2013 discloses that petitioner has already reached the age of 60 years i.e. date of superannuation. In such circumstances, question of regularisation does not arise.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
