JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Jurawanpur PS Case No. 39 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was married in the year 2009 with son of the petitioner and for realizing further demand of dowry she was killed and her dead body was disposed of.

Submission is that the alleged demand is said to be made by husband who is in custody, the petitioner is father-in-law and there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against him, he is in custody since 5.8.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Raghunath Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur PS Case No. 39 of 2017.
