2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing her husband.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased and she has been falsely implicated in this case after six years from the date of occurrence and charge-sheet has been submitted against her under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024.

6. Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-VI(ADJ), Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018.
