Learned counsel for the State has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 17.05.2017 passed by a learned Coordinate Bench of this Court presided over by the then Hon'ble Chief Justice in Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 1756 of 2014. It is submitted that in these cases also a show cause has been filed by the University on the same line on which the aforesaid case has been disposed off.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, these two contempt applications are also disposed off in same terms as have been done in Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 1756 of 2014. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) R.R.Ojha.
