2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 148 , 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 325 , 354 A , 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46525 of 2024(3) dt.09-09-2024 2/3 3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed with lathi and iron rod came and assaulted informant and her family members as a result of which four persons sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is land dispute between both the parties and on the alleged date and time of occurrence , prosecution party tried to forcibly capture the land in question for which a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the fact that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners, clean antecedent of petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI
