ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were candidates for the post of Panchayat teacher and had applied vide their respective applications for the said post. The allegation against these petitioners is that they have submitted forged and fabricated document to support their application for appointment. He, however, submits that the petitioners have not availed any advantage. Neither they were not called for counselling nor had they been appointed on the basis of the said fake and fabricated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4400 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 P2/2 documents. He also points to an order dated 31.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44018 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 46371 of 2014 whereby other similarly situated persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have not availed any advantage from said forged documents, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 06/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
