2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 238 and 82(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner in the month of June, 2009. This petitioner went to Punjab in the year 2023 and there he performed a second marriage. It is further alleged that on 29.10.2024, this petitioner threatened to kill the informant and her son. The informant found her son missing from the bed and, upon search, the dead body of her son was found in Dema pond.

4. In the post-mortem report, swelling was found over
