The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 337, 338, 379, 307, 436, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Damages of Public Properties Act. 1984. The accusation is that three persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner and some unknown blocked the road and damaged the Government jeep and took away the some receipts kept in the Government vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Monu Yadav, has already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench this Court vide order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 32473 of 2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/Successor Court, in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
