The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 333, 332, 307, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being A.S.I. of Police of Ekangarsarai police station along with other police personnel proceeded for investigation of other case i.e. Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 but when he reached near the house of the accused persons, all the FIR named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25303 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 accused persons including the petitioners attacked on the police force when S.P.O. RAvindra Kumar came to rescue the informant then he was also assaulted and received injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. The injury of Ravindra Kumar has been found simple. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners keeping in view of the fact that co-accused Nand Kishore Ram has been granted bail by the learned court below, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
