2. Perusal of the records, it is evident that petitioner has availed certain loan from the respondent-corporation. Petitioner has to settle arrears of principal and interest amount

Patna High Court MJC No.1423 of 2022(4) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 towards availing of loan to that effect they have calculated and communicated the decision on 18.09.2023 and 20.09.2023.
