2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That, this application is being filed for quashing the order dated 03.03.2014 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Jumui in Criminal Revision no. 46 of 2013, whereby and where under the Learned Sessions Judge was pleased to reject the aforesaid revision application filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order dated 15.03.2013 passed by Sri S.C. Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui, in Complaint Case No. 1654(C ) of 2012 by which the petitioner was summoned to face to trial for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16143 of 2014 dt.03-01-2019 2/2 offences under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application for taking steps in accordance with law before the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage.
4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
