2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur vide order dated 04.09.2020 in A.B.P. No. 2600 of 2019, arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 484 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
