ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. By way of last indulgence and in view of the recalcitrant attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant extension of time. However, in view of the fact that due to some misunderstanding of the order by the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing in this Court, this Court grants one more indulgence to the petitioner for appearing in the court below and filing his bail bonds.

As such, the time fixed in the order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.4914 of 2016 is extended by a further period of two weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not appear

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3871 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 within two weeks from today, the earlier order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically.

The modification application stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court below i.e., the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.821 of 2015, through e-mail.
