The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 576 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78166 of 2018(3) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Mufassil P.S. Case No. 576 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
