2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 513 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft of cows. He is in custody since 12.05.2025. The cows have been recovered.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

6. The Court below is directed to consider the release of the cows in favour of the owner forthwith. The cows shall be released in favour of the owner within one week of the filing of the petition by the owner of the cows.
