JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the petition during course of the day. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19892 of 2016 to the extent that in the last portion of the order it has wrongly been recorded as to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in stead of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur. The said mistake got perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the order dated 04.05.2016 stands modified to the extent that to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa be read as learned Sub-Divisional Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26060 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 Magistrate, Birpur.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
