After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be given liberty to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum having jurisdiction. The learned Single Judge has any way disposed of the writ application with an observation that the law as considered and decided in CWJC No.7736 of 2014, disposed of on
Patna High Court LPA No.2067 of 2015 (3) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 22.7.2014, which was the case of M/s Shiv Industries v. State of Bihar & others, will govern the issue.
Nothing further is required to be said or done with the order impugned because it is in consonance with the previous adjudication.
Appeal is dismissed with liberty as above.
