The C.W.J.C. No. 4307 of 2014 is against the order passed by the DCLR, since the petitioner has remedy by way of appeal before the Commissioner under the Scheme of the Act. The Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence, petitioner is relegated to approach the appellate forum. In the event such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a month from today the appellate forum i.e. the Commissioner of the division shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
