In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 440 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is case of road robbery by eight accused persons with the help of country made pistol.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the first information report has been lodged against unknown persons. Considering the facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
