This is an application for bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S.Case No. 270 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 326, 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his transpires in the re-statement of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that even in re-statement nothing has been attributed against him and main allegation is against co-accused and he is in custody for three months and he is co-villager of informant.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56346 of 2017 (2) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S.Case No. 270 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, except showing any genuine reason, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
