2. It has been submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC has stated that the petitioner was used to follow and also tease her but he did not commit any misdeed with her. She has also stated that the petitioner has slapped her, in anger.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 23.09.2024 is hereby confirmed.

4. The petitioner is directed to physically present on each and every date till framing of the charges.

5. It is also made clear that the petitioner or his family members will not tamper with the evidence in course of trial and if they do so, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
