In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.374 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the co-accused including the petitioner armed with deadly weapons came to the house of the informant and started assaulting by means of Lathi, danda and also snatched ear pin and payal of his mother.
