The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 17.01.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 38 of 2012 to the extent that the name of the petitioner no. 60, which has been depicted as Qaisar Alam, be directed to be read as Md. Quasaralam Ansari, s/o Abdul Majid Ansari. The learned counsel for the respondent State has submitted that though the name of the petitioner no. 60 is

Patna High Court MJC No.1753 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 Md. Quasaralam Ansari in the Adhar Card etc., however the signature of the petitioner in the original writ petition is Quisar Alam, hence it be left to the authorities to verify the same. Having regard to the submissions put forth by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court would record the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the statement made in the present modification petition to the effect that the alias name of the petitioner is Md. Quasaralam Ansari, which is left to be verified by the respondent authorities, by examining the certificates and Adhar Card to be produced by the petitioner.

The present modification petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
