The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 210 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 386, 420, 467, 468, 471, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 60838 of 2021 on 12.04.2022.
