2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Charkapathar P.S. Case No. 135/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(1), 61(2), 130(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and one Neeraj are alleged to have kidnapped the victim for ransom and thereafter, killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. It is next submitted that in the self-inculpatory statement of the petitioner it has come that he was a part of the crime, but the victim was killed by Neeraj. Learned counsel further submits that he has no

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the participation of the petitioner in the kidnapping and murder of the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
