The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4914/2016 as due to unforeseen circumstances, the bail bonds to be filed by the son of the petitioner could not be furnished and thus, he seeks an extension of time for a further period of four weeks. Considering the compelling circumstances which had prevented the son of the petitioner from furnishing the bail bonds, let the petitioner surrender within a period of four weeks from today with the son of the petitioner standing as sureties as submitted by him.

With the aforementioned modification, the application
