2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/394/427/504/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 14.12.2022, while the informant and his son was going on a bycle, these petitioners along with two unknown attacked the informant and his son. Petitioner no. 1, 3 and 4 assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injuries over his body. Petitioner no.2 broke the mobile phone and snatched snatched Rs.5000/- from him.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as per injury report, injuries caused by petitioner no. 3 and 4 are simple in nature and there is no allegation of assault against petitioner no.2. Rest of allegations are super addition to make the case grave.
5. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner no.1, his prayer for bail is refused.
6. Considering the nature of injury caused by petitioner no. 3 and 4 and the fact that petitioner no.2 caused no injury, let these petitioners (petitioner no. 2,3 and 4) mentioned above, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 12, East Muzaffarpur in Sakra Police Station Case No. 145 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
