ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner has already given several representations dated 03.06.2022, 03.07.2022, 15.08.2022, 22.09.2022 & 21.02.2024 (Annexure-P/2 series) to the respondent No. 01 herein (i.e., Principal Secretary, Public Health Enginnering Department). Learned counsel further states

Patna High Court CWJC No.11058 of 2024(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 that a direction may be given to the respondent No. 01 to consider the said representations and pass necessary orders.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 01 to consider the said representations strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 01 to consider the said representations made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The respondent No. 01 shall endeavor to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
