The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kashichak P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 315/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioners assaulted the informant with brick bat and also dragged her in the field while she was pregnant.

Case diary has been received.

The injury report is available in paragraph-23 of the case diary wherein the Doctor has found only bruise over the person of the injured caused by hard and blunt substance. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that in paragraph-16 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58086 of 2017 (4) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 the case diary there is report of the Doctor about the pregnancy test which was found to be negative.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are mother-in-law and Nanad of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.12.2017 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, is hereby confirmed.
