The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 94 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village enmity. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the joint family house of the petitioner, as is evident from the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal history.
