Case No. 95 of 2015 dated 07.02.2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353 & 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-7

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.712 of 2015 dt.04-05-2016 2 / 2 to the present application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
