The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 422 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. In the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62789 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S.
