Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 06.11.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42232 of 2017 stating therein that the petitioner does not belong to Nawada District but belongs to Munger District, as is evident from the First Information Report in Column 7 and submits that inadvertently in the cause title of the application District Nawada has been mentioned in place of District Munger.

Under such circumstances, order dated 06.11.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42232 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the cause title District Nawada be read as District Munger.

Modification application is, accordingly, allowed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55148 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Rajesh/- U T
