JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-02-2017 This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents for making payment of retiral dues except group insurance amount.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.3, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has not submitted duly filled up pension application form with his photographs, list of family members etc. as a result of which,

3. Having come to know about the contentions raised in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an appropriate application would be filed by the petitioner before the authority concerned without delay.

4. In view of the submissions made above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. The petitioner, if so advised, may submit his duly filled up pension application form before the authority concerned. It is needless to say that if such an application is filed, the respondents would be obliged to take necessary steps in accordance with law in respect of claim of the petitioner relating to payment of post-retiral dues.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
