JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2017 In view of the availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy to the petitioner under Section 7(4) of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ application.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the statutory authority first for the redressal of their grievances.
