It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after obtaining an adjournment on the last date, he has made an endeavour to find out where is the writ petitioner who has been absconding/missing since last one year.
After obtaining instructions, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is still missing. In view of such situation, no further orders need be passed in the instant writ petition. However, he prays that the petitioner, if he is traced,
