JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bochaha PS Case No. 175 of 2017 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and as per allegation except lone live cartridge and two Samsung mobiles with SIM, nothing was recovered from his possession. One of these mobiles belong to the petitioner and the another is of his younger brother. The petitioner has been in custody since 28.8.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jyoti Jumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge 11th -cum ACJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha PS Case No. 175 of 2017.
