Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 337, 338, 504, 506 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant, his nephew, brother, uncle and sister in law on account of which all of them sustained injuries. They are also alleged to have damaged the household articles. Specific allegation against the petitioner no.1 is that he had removed Rs. 10000 kept on almirah and petitioner no. 2 snatched gold locket from the neck of the brother of the

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are co villagers. On account of petty dispute simple marpit took place. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Case and counter case. Both the sides sustained simple injuries. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 1021 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) asmit/- U T
