2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 302, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Ganesh Yadav is said to have assaulted the deceased with an iron rod which is said to be brought by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 20.02.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently argued the application of the petitioner for grant of bail by contending that the petitioner is also the assailant of the deceased and she has assaulted the deceased on his nose.

6. Considering the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022.
