This case has been heard on priority as the nephew of the petitioner met with an unnatural death and the date of Shradh is today.

Heard the counsels for the parties.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017 dated 05.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 395, 397, 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners, though, have been named in the FIR with the allegation that the crowd which had assembled at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57305 of 2017 (2) dt.28-11-2017 place of occurrence, damaged the property of the housing board, but no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners.

Some of the accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court.

The petitioners are in custody since 06.09.2017. The petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing their bail bonds of a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017.
