This case has been heard on priority as the nephew of the petitioner met with an unnatural death and the date of Shradh is today.

Heard the counsels for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017 dated 05.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 395, 397, 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner, though, has been named in the FIR with the allegation that the crowd which had assembled at the place of occurrence, damaged the property of the housing board,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57306 of 2017 (2) dt.28-11-2017 but no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Some of the accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2017. The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his bail bond of a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Digha P.S.
