Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that everything except the difference of salary in view of 6th Pay Revision, has been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondentBihar State Power Holding Company Ltd. submits that his dues has been calculated and a cheque of Rs. 32,736/- has been issued yesterday.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to collect the cheque from the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17873 of 2015 dt.10-05-2016 This writ application stands disposed of.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner still feels aggrieved, he would be at liberty to approach the authority concerned.
