JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court with a direction to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission is that charge has been framed and petitioner is ready to abide any condition imposed upon on him Heard the learned counsel for the victim as well as learned A.P.P. also who both opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II at Saharsa in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4531 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.878 of 2016 (ST No.160 of 2017) on condition that the petitioners have to appear before the trial Court as and when required by the Court below failing which the bail bond shall be cancelled.
