The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the trade of stolen motorcycle. The motorcycle was seized from the possession of co-accused Saroj Kumar who disclosed the name of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2019. Considering the fact that motorcycle was not recovered fro the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
